These video clips were shot for our Facebook Live feed at VegFest Oahu on September 24, 2016 in the Learning Kitchen Tent. The first clip is an excerpt from a vegan cooking demo by Chef Mama T Gonsalves, from Ital Kitchen, showing how to make Mock Tuna Salad from chickpeas. The second clip shows a section with Chef Kelly Stern from YoGarden Hawaii as she talks about how easy it is to make vegetable broth.
